Our company president, Brad Morem, who is a certified general contractor licensed in Florida and Arizona, started his career in building as a framer by trade for leading home-building companies back in the 80s. His artisan talent and industry knowledge later led him to create his own custom home renovation company.

The Helvetia-Norse Construction team now includes trusted partners and family members dedicated to unwavering excellence in the industry. As director of Business Development, Kathryn has transferred her skills from school principal and leadership development to expanding the reach of our reputable impact on homeowners. As director of Business Operations, Crystal oversees office administration applying her knowledge gained through years of medical practice office management. Brad’s oldest son will soon consult for the team as our resident architect upon completion of his fully awarded scholarship studies at the University of Miami, School of Architecture.
